SOFT CLOSE (any bid placed inside of 2 minutes adds 4 minutes to the clock) *ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All bids are binding. There is no shipping offered on our building materials sale, all items must be picked up from our warehouse on set load out days. Thank you.
