All items in our auction are sold as-is, where is with no implied or expressed warranty or guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, operation or working condition, age or any other condition or description as related to any auction lot or part thereof. By registering to our auction, the Bidder acknowledges their registration information is correct and authentic, and agrees to hold harmless the Auctioneer and auctionhouse for any errors, omissions, damage or breakage that may occur prior to, during, or after auction ends on any items Bidder has placed bids on or won in the course of the auction. Bidder furthermore agrees by registering to our auction, to hold harmless and indemnify, the Auctioneer and auctionhouse for any harm or damage sustained to property or person when on the property of an estate to pickup winning lots or to pay for them. Bidder, by registering to our auction, agrees to pay in lawful currency and pick up any item paid for and won on the designated day or days of loadout as mentioned in the auction. Bidder acknowledges that violations of any terms and conditions herein may result in being banned from future auctions. Bidder acknowledges that items not paid for or picked up on the designated loadout date(s) shall be forfeited back to the estate and either resold if possible or donated and destroyed and Bidder shall be liable for the unpaid amount including but not limited to: disposal of item(s); costs incurred in disposal and legal fees if any, to compensate Auctioneer and auctionhouse in loss of revenue including court costs and other fees to recover the debt. Bidder acknowledges that by registering to our auction, enters into contract to pay and pick up any item won in the auction on the designated day or time provided by Auctioneer/auctionhouse.
