If you win $25 worth of cards, you will receive the following discounts: $10 OFF THE TOTAL ORDER. If you win 50 cards, you will receive an additional $10 OFF THE TOTAL ORDER for EACH 50 card increment. This helps with bulk orders of cheaper cards.
This is a blind auction. Meaning, all bids are submitted and the bidder with the highest bid wins the card.
**Shipping and Handling**
1) All cards won have a $.25 handling cost.
2) All cards won have a $.25 HiBid bid fee cost. 100% of this goes to HiBid
2) 20% + .$50 buyer's premium is applied to the total order.
3) Shipping is a flat $8, regardless of how many cards are being shipped at the end of the week. That $8 includes everything from the label, material, insurance, processing fees, and sales tax. Shipping will be charged at the end of the week.
4) Every invoice has a $2 admin fee.

**SHIPPING**
1) All cards you win will be invoiced and charged to your card on file after the end of the auction.
2) Shipping will be charged at the end of the week
3) Cards will be shipped out on Fridays or Saturdays.
3) Top loaders cost $0.25 to $0.50 each, depending on size and specific requests. All cards with a hammer price of $5.00 or more will automatically be placed in top loaders, with the corresponding cost added.
4) Shipping Acknowledgment of Risk and Responsibility:
- The Buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for ensuring the safe receipt of all shipped packages to the address on file, beyond what the Seller provides as the default shipping method.
- The Buyer agrees that any package marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (with accompanying tracking information) shall be considered received by the Buyer. This includes deliveries confirmed with a photo showing the package at the delivery location. The Buyer acknowledges that the shipping carrier's confirmation of delivery serves as sufficient proof of receipt, regardless of whether the Buyer personally accepted the package. Any issues arising from theft, misplacement, or incorrect delivery — including instances where the Buyer's provided address on file is inaccurate — will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller is not liable for verifying the Buyer's physical receipt of the package once the carrier has confirmed delivery.
- Orders totaling less than $100 will be shipped without signature confirmation.
- Orders totaling $100 or more will require signature confirmation upon delivery. The cost of signature confirmation will be added to the Buyer’s total bill at checkout.
- By agreeing to these terms, the Buyer waives the right to dispute or deny payment for any and all purchases made with a credit card based on non-receipt of items if the shipping carrier confirms delivery through tracking information or photographic evidence.
- The Buyer understands that once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, any lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the Buyer, including but not limited to theft, misplacement, incorrect delivery by the carrier, or an incorrect "Ship To" address listed on the Buyer's HiBid account, as reflected on their Invoice. The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller cannot provide proof that the Buyer personally received the shipment, only that the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery. By agreeing to these terms, the Buyer accepts this distinction and waives the right to claim non-receipt based on the lack of signature confirmation for orders under $100. The Buyer also acknowledges that they have the option to purchase signature confirmation for any order totaling less than $100, including shipping and handling. Failure to purchase or communicate their desire to purchase signature confirmation constitutes the Buyer's acceptance that once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it will be treated as if they had personally signed for the delivery, even if they later experience issues such as theft, misplacement, or incorrect delivery. Additionally, the Buyer agrees that any claims regarding items arriving damaged or not in the condition shown in the listing photos waive their right to a chargeback until a damaged item claim is filed with the carrier and a decision is received. The Buyer must provide proof of damages, the shipping label, and photos of the box. These photos and supporting documentation must be sent to tony@consignonlineshop.com and no other email addresses. Failure to provide this information constitutes the Buyer's acceptance of the shipment in the condition it arrived.
- Registering to bid is an agreement to these terms. If you wish to have signature verification, please put that in the "Notes to the Auctioneer" section or send an email to tony@consignonlineshop.com. These are the only two acceptable ways of requesting signature confirmation. If the Buyer does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from participating or making a purchase.
** PAYMENT AND PICKUP: **
1) We will charge your card on file at the end of the catalog.
2) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any and all purchases made with a credit card in relation to the charges mentioned in the terms and conditions.
3) Resellers must submit an ST-101 before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged.
4) Consign Online LLC reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual, for any reason.
5) All submitted bids are final and irrevocable. Unpaid invoices must be paid to continue bidding.
**OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
1) On rare occasions, cards may be unable to be found, possibly because the wrong card was grabbed or it was moved away from where it was marked. Those card amounts are refunded.
2) On rare occasions, the cards may not exactly match their photos. This discrepancy is usually attributed to missing parallels during the card organization process. In such instances, we will make sure to send you the card that corresponds to the price it was listed for. For example, if a parallel is pictured but was supposed to be a base card priced as such, we will send you the base card (if available) to ensure you receive the correct item according to the listed price.
3) Chrome cards are scanned and appear darker than they appear when they do not have refractor characteristics.
** RETURNS: **
1) All cards offered for sale are sold on an "as is, where is" basis. The scanned images and photos provided accurately depict the actual condition of the cards. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the cards for any potential damages, alignment issues, scuffs, or other imperfections, as we do not accept returns. Please make your purchasing decisions with care, as all sales are considered final. Any other discrepancies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
