Invoices & Payment * Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders within 24 hours of auction close. If you do not receive your invoice, contact us immediately. * Unpaid invoices are subject to a 10% restocking fee. * If you cannot make timely payment, do not bid. * Your registered credit card will be charged within 1 business day after the auction ends unless you arrange an alternative payment method in advance. * We accept certified bank checks, money orders, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), cash, and bank wires. * Buyer's Premium: 18.99% (applies to all payment methods). * Sales Tax: Florida buyers must pay 7% sales tax unless a valid Florida Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is provided. Out-of-state shipments are exempt. * Writing a non-sufficient funds check or reversing a credit card charge on a firearm purchase is a federal crime and will be reported to ATF and law enforcement. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 2. Bidding Rules * All internet bids are treated as live bids. Our clerks bid as promptly as possible, but floor or other internet bidders may win if their bids are recognized first. * The auctioneer's declaration of the winning bid is final. * All bids are binding contracts. Bidders are legally responsible for honoring their bids. * Lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees. Authenticity and condition are the bidder's responsibility. * The auctioneer may withdraw, cancel, or nullify any lot at their discretion. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 3. Absentee Bidding * Absentee bids may be placed through our website, mobile app, partner sites, or by phone. * Absentee bidders agree to these Terms & Conditions. * In the case of a tie between an absentee and floor bid, the floor bid wins. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 4. Item Removal & Shipping * All items must be removed within 20 days of the auction close. Contact us before bidding if you need special arrangements. * On-site shipping is available for packing and shipping services. * Out-of-state firearm purchases will be shipped to your local FFL dealer once a signed FFL is received. C&R license holders may receive qualifying firearms where permitted by law. * Shipping costs vary by size, weight, value, and destination. Tracking numbers are provided upon request. * We recommend instructing your FFL not to open packages until you are present. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 5. Registration & Eligibility * All bidders must complete registration with an accurate name, address, phone, and email. Incorrect information may cause delays or loss of items. * You must be 21 or older to purchase firearms or ammunition. * Bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws. If you are prohibited from possessing firearms, do not bid or enter our facility. * We reserve the right to refuse or terminate bidding accounts at any time. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 6. Auction Process & Internet Bidding * Bidding opens once an item is listed online and closes at the posted countdown time. * Bids placed in the final 5 minutes extend the auction for that lot by an additional 3 minutes until bidding ends. * Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids-spam filters or computer issues are not our responsibility. * We are not liable for technical failures, internet outages, or acts of nature. Auctions may be resumed, extended, or restarted if interrupted. * Employee bidding is allowed on consigned items. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 7. Preview & Item Condition * All firearms and items are sold without warranties, expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. * Descriptions and photographs are provided as a guide only. The bidder is responsible for examining items and forming their own opinion before bidding. * There is no inspection period after purchase. All sales are final. * Most items come from estate collections. Guns are sold as collectibles and are not guaranteed to function. * If you visit our facility, personally inspect the items before bidding. Auctioneer's Authority * The auctioneer controls bidding increments and may determine opening bids. * The auctioneer may pass or refuse any bid. * The auctioneer may execute absentee bids on behalf of clients but is not liable for errors or omissions. * In disputes or tie bids between platforms, the auctioneer's decision is final. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 9. Disruptive Behavior * Disrupting the auction or preview will result in loss of bidding privileges and possible involvement of law enforcement. * We reserve the right to deny participation or preview access to anyone. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 10. Firearm Pickup & Transfers * Office hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. Background checks: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM or by appointment. * Transfers follow all federal and state laws. * Only the registered bidder may pick up and pay for firearms. No third-party transfers. * All non-licensee buyers must pass the FBI NICS / FDLE background check before taking possession. * If delayed, firearms can be picked up once the background check clears. If denied, the item will be resold, and proceeds (minus commission) returned to the bidder. * Do not bid if you are prohibited from firearm ownership. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 11. Bidders Outside the USA or Canada * We do not hold export licenses. Buyers are responsible for arranging legal exportation. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 12.
