Registering to bid is FREE. You will need to provide a valid credit card during registration.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, ACH, Zelle & Wire Transfers.

14% Premium Using Credit Card
10% Premium Using Cash/Wire Transfer/Zelle
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. Items/lots not paid for within 96 hours (including weekends, holiday and business days) of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or returned to the seller.
Buyer specifically WAIVES the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.
Invoice(s) over $250.00 may require payment via Cash/Wire Transfer/Zelle as the only method of payment.
Requests to pay by cash at pickup should be sent to “support@agelessauctions.com” prior to the conclusion of the auction.
Resellers must submit a valid 2025 resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged on all in-state transactions.
BIDDING:
All items are sold/shown "AS-IS, WHERE-IS"
All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. Ageless Auctions reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual.
Descriptions/photos are provided to help identify an item and create interest. Measurements provided are approximate.
Descriptions/photos are not complete or exhaustive. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition of the item before they submit a bid.
Any item remaining on premise 30 calendar days after the auction has closed, shall become property of Ageless Auctions without written notice provided to the winning bidder. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items.
Item Removal: Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from the auction site. Buyers will provide their own moving equipment, packaging, boxes & personnel.
Appraisals & Opinions of Value: All values including appraisal prices and auction estimates are to be used as guidance and are not guaranteed by the auction company. No appraisal or auction estimate should be used as a suggestion of resell value. Ageless Auctions does not warranty any opinion of value.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We provide in-house shipping and processing on many smaller items marked "shipping available" (shipping truck logo in title without a red circle and line through it). Items are generally shipped via UPS or USPS.
For in-house shipping estimates please email support@agelessauctions.com with your zip code and the lot(s) numbers you’re interested in.
Ageless Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction for any reason and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
USE OF SITE:
Ageless Auctions or its Sellers cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Ageless Auctions, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the closing date of the auction and resell any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction. Auction end time may be extended at any time for any reason. The decision of Ageless Auctions is Final.
