BIDDING WITH US Whether this is your first time or you bid regularly, please review the following. PAYMENTS When the auction ends, your card on file will be charged for any items you win. This includes a 15% buyer's premium and Florida sales tax. Invoices are emailed from af360-noreply@sandhills.com. Check your junk or spam folder if needed. HiBid allows multiple cards to be saved. Make sure to select your preferred card during registration. CASH BUYERS If you plan to pay cash, you must notify us before the auction ends. You can leave a note during registration in the “notes to auctioneer” section or email us at cstampa@atxauctions.com. If you do not pay or pick up by the final pickup day, your card will be charged. Misuse of the cash option may result in losing cash buyer privileges. FAILED PAYMENTS If your card fails, you will receive an invoice to pay online or in person. It will be sent from af360-noreply@sandhills.com. PICKUP DETAILS Invoices and text notifications are sent about one hour after the auction closes. Items can only be picked up after the auction is complete. Pickup address: 5401 E Henry Ave Unit B, Tampa, Florida 33610 (Search “ATX Auctions Tampa” on Google or Apple Maps) Pickup times: Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Items not picked up by Tuesday at 3:00 PM will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items. Items left for more than 14 days may be disposed of. To request alternate arrangements, email cstampa@atxauctions.com. SHIPPING AND TRANSFERS We do not offer shipping. We do not offer transfers. Only bid if you can pick up in Tampa. LOADING POLICY We will help bring items to your vehicle, but we cannot assist with loading, strapping, or securing items due to insurance restrictions. ITEM CONDITION Our team inspects items to the best of their ability. The second photo in each listing shows item or packaging condition. Not all items can be fully tested, but we check functionality when possible. RETURNS AND REFUNDS We stand behind our listings and take responsibility for mistakes. You have 7 days to report listing errors or manufacturer defects. If we made an error, we will issue a refund or replacement when available. No refunds will be given for buyer mistakes such as choosing the wrong size, model, or color. EMAILS AND TEXTS You will receive a text when the auction is about to close and if you win. We only send a few emails per year — no spam. By registering, you agree to receive texts and emails. Message and data rates may apply. UNSUBSCRIBING Each ATX Auctions location manages its own contact list. To stop receiving texts from Tampa, reply “STOP.” To stop messages from other locations, you must unsubscribe from each one separately. HiBid emails are managed through your HiBid account settings.
