Items are considered delivered when the USPS or UPS tracking data states the item has been delivered. We DO NOT issue refuds because you cannot find the item, or if someone steals your package, or the wind the blew it away, or for any other reason because you cannot place your hands on the item(s). Once tracking states your purchase has been delivered, all other delivery or receipt issues are out of our control. Contact UPS or the USPS for these issues and not us. * Non-local bidders will receive a payment invoice (shipping included) directly from our company for payment, We do not currently charge your card on file automatically. * All items are sold as is whereas no exceptions * All carat weights are estimates * Buyer's have 5 calendar days from tracking receipt to iniate a return. Refunds are issued once items are returned at the buyer's expense * All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any question please contact us. * A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to every item sold. This covers the cost of processing credit cards * All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. * No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full. * It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items.
