CONDITION OF ITEMS - All lots are photographed to the best of our ability and give a fair and accurate representation of condition. PAYMENT UPDATE - Registration with a valid credit card is required before placing a bid in an online auction. Make sure you have funds in card to be used for payment! Upon auction close, you will be send an invoice from Square to the email you registered on Hibid with to request payment. Payment is to be made before items are picked up. Items not picked up are considered abandoned and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to charge the card used if there is any delay in picking up and paying for item. If we are shipping the item to you, we need payment promptly within 24 hours of auction close. Shipping will be invoiced separate as we will take a little more time doing research to find the cheapest way to mail the items to you. All items that are being shipped will be mailed out with tracking no later than Monday December 16th to ensure they arrive before Christmas. Communication is key to ensure a smooth sale of your items. Thank you! An 18% Buyers Premium in addition to TX sales tax of 8.25% will be added to bid to determine the final sale price. We may also report your account to HIBID and ban you from bidding with us in the future if we do not receive payment. •Pickup An email will be sent at the close of the auction to all winning bidders to specify pickup time availability and address for pickup. Pickup is on the day following the end of the auction. We will make every attempt to accommodate a pickup time for you if you are unable to pick up at that time, but you need to communicate with us prior to the pickup time being over. Regardless of pickup, we need payment within 24 hours of auction close. In the event that your item(s) are not picked up during the available pickup day , and you have not communicated with us prior to other arrangements, you will forfeit your items, and the payment made will not be refunded. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AT THE DESIGNATED PICK-UP TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY unless other accommodations have been made prior to pick up completion time. Please help us help you! SHIPPING - Domestic non-PO Box shipping is available unless indicated on the lot description page. If a lot is not available for shipping it will say so in the description of the lot. We are not Amazon and shipping can get expensive on larger items, but we will do our best to shop the least expensive shipping with tracking. We DO NOT CHARGE any additional handling fees! After the sale is complete and payment has been processed you may indicate if you want your order shipped by emailing the address sent to you in the pickup sign up form. If we see an out of state address, we will assume shipping unless the buyer reaches out beforehand to say they are picking up on the pickup dates. We will send an invoice payable by credit card to you within 24 hours of auction close to collect payment for shipping. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving invoice. Failure to pay invoice will result in your items being forfeited, no refunds will be given, and the shipping invoice being cancelled. Once invoice is paid the item will be shipped within 1 business day and tracking will be emailed to you. By registering for this auction, you hereby agree to these terms.
