Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions * We do not automatically charge your card on file * Non-local bidders will receive a payment invoice (shipping included) directly from our company for payment, We do not currently charge your card on file automatically. * All items are sold as is whereas no exceptions * All carat weights are estimates * Buyer's have 5 calendar days from tracking receipt to iniate a return. Refunds are issued once items are returned at the buyer's expense * All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. This covers the cost of processing credit cards * All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. * No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full. * It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items.
