Auction Closes: Thursday, December 12th, at 7:00 PM CST
Pick-Up Time: Saturday, December 14th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM in Arlington, TX (Zip Code: 76017). The exact address will be provided to winning bidders. If you cannot be available for pick-up, please refrain from bidding. Special accommodations can be made for the following week. Special accommodations will be a min $10 service charge.
Pick-Up Requirements: Winning bidders are responsible for bringing their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items. For large items, please ensure you have adequate help, as items must be removed without dumping on the property. You are responsible for any damages to the property that may occur during the pick up process. Neither the estate company or property owner are responsible for accidents or injuries.
Shipping: Shipping is available for select items. A $6 handling fee per lot applies, along with shipping costs. Handling fees cap at $20.
Payment & Fees: Cards on file with HiBid will be charged immediately after the auction closes. Please ensure your payment information is up-to-date. In case of payment failure, a $5 service fee will apply for online invoicing.
Abandonment Policy: Any unclaimed items will incur a $25 abandonment fee per lot.
