Join us in Glendale for a fun sale offering a variety of items. Highlights of the sale include a Vintage MCM Table, Fishing Reels & Lures, Vintage Paintings, and lots more. Anyone bidding on the storage racks or cabinets are asked to pick up later in the day toward the end of pick up. If you show up early you may have to wait. This house is PACKED and space is limited. We have one reserve in this sale (rare Chinese Ivory Chess Set). The rest of the lots start at $2 with no reserve. Be sure to check all pictures and lot descriptions before bidding.
Home is clean, smoke free, and packed. Items are located on the main level, basement with garage walkout and backyard area. The main level requires stairs to the front door. Limited number of people allowed in the house due to its size.
**PICK UP IS THURSDAY 8/29/24 from 12 PM to 6 PM**
Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited. We may be back to the property over the weekend so if you need an alternative pick up date then contact us prior to bidding. This home is getting cleaned out so any items left will be discarded. Thank you.
IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. There are no refunds. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist.
Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces.
Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Be on the lookout or contact us if you're having problems. Texting is preferred 636-346-3493.
Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested onsite. We do not issue any refunds once the item leaves and/or after pick up ends. Thank you.
