There will be a preview onsite from 4:00-7:00pm on Wed. the 18th. We strongly encourage you to come and inspect the items prior to bidding.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
-Before a bid can be placed, all Bidders must first complete the "BUYER REGISTRATION" form. All submitted information must be accurate and current, and it is the duty of the Bidder to keep his or her information updated whenever necessary.
-Bidders credit/debit card on file will be charged a $1 hold upon registration. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE and will be credited back once the auction is complete
-There will be an 20% Buyers Premium charged on top of the final winning bid price.
-Once the auction is complete you will be sent an invoice with the total amount due for all winning bids plus the 20% buyers premium. Your card will NOT be charged automatically, you will need to make payment on pickup day.
-Upon registration, the Bidder warrants that they are of legal age in their country and have read and understood all of the following terms and conditions listed above and below, which apply to all auctions conducted by us and any Bidders/Buyers in said auctions.
-All sales are final. All items are sold "as is-where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefulness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. FOM Auctions is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value. We have a strict "no charge back" after the transaction is complete policy.
-Any successful high bidders who back out of a bid, will be banned from all our future auctions and will be given a poor bidder rating. This rating could effect a bidders ability to register in bids with other auction companies across HiBid and other auction websites. The same will be done to all non-paying customers.

-We accept items as they are given to us or as they were in the estate. We assume that box contents are what is listed on the box. We make no guarantees that lots are described in perfect accuracy, We take every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, We do not provide warranty for labor and craftsmanship on any items. We have knowledgeable staff to provide as accurate description as possible but mistakes can happen. ** Returns are not accepted; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing a bid, the bidder/buyer has signified that the description of the item(s) in question is satisfactory and will not be entitled to make any objections after the sale.
PAYMENT AND INVOICING
We will email your preliminary invoice after the auction ends.
