Home and 1.96 Acres of land and personal property being sold without reserve on 05/13/2026 at 10:00 AM. Personal items will be sold first, with the home and property being sold together afterwards. Payment is due the day of the sale for personal items. All items must be picked up by 1:00 PM. If the items are not picked up, the items will be brought to our Auction House at 2169 US HWY 74, Wadesboro, NC and pickup or shipping will have to be sorted between the buyer and The Bidding Barn LLC. For the home and property, 10% of the final sale price is due within 24 hours and a purchase agreement must be signed. Final payment for home and property due within 30 days.
