It is the Bidder’s responsibility to inspect items and determine condition, age, authenticity, completeness, value, and suitability prior to bidding. The Auction Company and Seller make no representations regarding the accuracy of descriptions, photographs, measurements, condition reports, title status, or any other information provided. All information is believed to be accurate but is provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee. Auction Closing: The auction will begin ending at 2:00 PM CST utilizing a soft close format. If a bid is placed within the final 2 minutes of bidding on any lot, the bidding period for that lot will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes. This process will continue until no bids are received during the final extension period. Payment Terms: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final high bid to determine the total purchase price. All invoices must be paid by cash or cashier’s check only at pickup unless other arrangements have been approved by the Auction Company. No personal checks will be accepted. Failure to make payment according to these terms may result in the Bidder being prohibited from future auctions and subject to any remedies available under applicable law. Titles: If a vehicle is being sold with a title, such information will be specifically disclosed within that lot’s description. Buyers are responsible for reviewing each lot description prior to bidding. The Auction Company makes no guarantees regarding title availability except as expressly stated within the specific lot listing. Sales Tax / Registration: The Auction Company will not collect sales tax on purchased vehicles. Buyers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any and all applicable state taxes, title fees, registration fees, tag fees, transfer costs, emissions requirements, and any other governmental fees or expenses associated with ownership and transfer of purchased vehicles. Buyers are responsible for complying with all state and local title and registration requirements. Pickup & Vehicle Removal: All purchased vehicles and items must be removed from the property during the advertised pickup date and time. Buyers are solely responsible for loading, towing, transporting, and securing purchased items. Failure to remove purchased vehicles or items by the stated removal deadline may result in storage fees, removal charges, forfeiture of items without refund, towing expenses, and/or other penalties at the sole discretion of the Auction Company. Any costs incurred due to delayed removal shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping: Shipping is not provided by the Auction Company. Buyers may arrange and pay for third-party shipping services at their own expense. Buyers are encouraged to contact shipping providers and obtain quotes prior to bidding. Any coordination with a third-party shipper is solely the responsibility of the Buyer. Due Diligence: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding and conduct any due diligence deemed necessary. By placing a bid, Bidder acknowledges they have either inspected the item or voluntarily waived their right to inspect and accept the item in its present condition. Default: A bid placed constitutes a legally binding contract. By bidding, the Bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of this auction. Winning Bidders remain legally responsible for payment of all amounts due regardless of pickup status or change of circumstances. Failure to complete payment or removal obligations shall constitute default and may result in cancellation of bidding privileges, assessment of storage or collection costs, legal action, and any other remedies available to the Seller and Auction Company.
