If you are exempt from sales tax, proper documentation must be provided to Hodges Auction and a copy will be made for our records. The full purchase amount for the item(s) purchase is due by credit/debit card (cards are subject to a 3.0% fee) upon close of auction and will charged to the credit/debit card used at registration. Item pick up will be Thursday and Friday following auction close from 9:00 AM EDT to 4:00 PM EDT. Items must be picked up at 319 S. Mulberry Street, Elizabethtown, KY (metal building behind the office building) no later than 4:00 PM on Friday unless other arrangements are made beforehand. If items are not picked up by 4:00 PM on Friday the buyer forfeits claim to those items and will not be reimbursed. All other items will be charged to the credit card used for registration upon auction close. The auction end time is a soft close, with a 2-minute extension of the bidding period if a bid is placed within 2 minutes of close. Lot closing times may be staggered.
