Soft Closing means that all lots have a set closing period, however, if a bid is received with less than 3 Minutes of the lots set closing period, more time will be added. We are located at 241 Erie Street, Waverly, NY 14892 for preview and Pick Up Pick up is Friday October 10, 2025 from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM and Saturday October 11, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Shipping is available on all items that can be fit into a UPS approved box. Larger Items are the responsibilty of the bidder.
