Auction will begin at 10 am with the online items. We will pause at 11 am to sell the real estate. After the real estate has sold, we will sell the remaining personal property in a live auction

The day will begin at 10:00 AM with a simulcast of select items offered online, followed at 11:00 AM by the sale of the real estate located at 217 West Main Street. Once the real estate has sold, the live auction of the remaining personal property will resume. There is a 10% premium for all live buyers and a 15% premium for all online buyers.
