Internet only. Auction runs Sunday, 4/13/2025 through Wednesday, 4/23/2025. The first lot closes at 7PM CST on Wednesday night. Lots are staggered by 11 seconds with a soft close.

Join us in Chesterfield for a packed sale offering a variety of household items. This upscale smoke free villa has lots the main level, basement (with walkout) and in the garage. Lots in the 400s & 500s are located in the basement. Be sure to check all pictures and read lot descriptions. Items are used and some do show wear. We will have some staff on site but we get very busy during pick up. Remember to bring help, tools, boxes and packaging supplies. Thank you. **PICK UP IS THURSDAY 4/24/2025 from 12 PM to 6 PM** Items not picked up are forfeited without prior arrangements to the auction ending. Home is getting cleaned out after pick up. Auction ends Wednesday night and pick up is Thursday - Do not bid if you cannot pick up next day. Contact us asap BEFORE pick up ends to let us know if you're not coming or can't make it. Our goal is for all bidders to get their items but we cannot transport lots and hold them. Too many people take advantage of this and we simply can't keep up. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Effective 1/1/2025 - at anytime we can require photo ID and signature at pick up due to credit card processing requirements. Orders over $100 require both. IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. There are no refunds. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces. REMINDER: Full address shown on winning invoice. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. This home is getting fully cleaned out so all items must go. We cannot transport or set out lots. Please only bid if you can pick up during the scheduled time. For alternative pick up options you must get approval BEFORE bidding. Thank you Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited.
