All items sell As-IS without warranty of any kind. Please inspect items BEFORE you purchase. Pickup: Buyers may pick up and pay for their items from Monday14th through Thursday, April 17th from 9-4 each day. Please have all items removed by April 17th 4 pm. Payment: Please make payment via Cash, wire transfer or credit card (4% handling fee for credit card payments). Checks are accepted if you have a clear history of payment with Martin Auction or have a letter of guarantee. If you write a check and do not have history or this letter of guarantee, we WILL NOT release items until the check clears the bank. All items sell without warranty of any kind.
