Our merchandise may include patio furniture, small kitchen/household appliances, lighting fixtures, small furniture, electronics, and more. No Shipping! All items have been tested and in working conditions. Minor flaws/scratches will be included in the description if any. Items sold as is, no returns, all sales are final.

In order to improve our customer experience during pickups we will be implementing a new pickup process for this auction. All customers with only a few items to pickup will be able to utilize a "fast lane" that will help get them in and out quickly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to work on improving our customer experience.

Local pickup only! No shipping! PICKUPS ARE IN SUITE 16 FOR THIS AUCTION! Pickups are: Friday 12pm-6pm Saturday 9am-2pm Monday 12pm-4pm We have limited parking, when picking up please park in spots marked with the number 12, 16, 17. Please do NOT park in other tenants parking spots!
