Please bring help loading and a large vehicle if you win large items. Most boxes (especially furniture) are big and heavy. We do not assist in loading your vehicle. ALL PAID ITEMS must be picked up in 7 business days! If items are not picked up on time than your items, along with payment, will be FORFEITED. This means the next Tuesday after that auction, items must be picked up by 5pm. ALL UNPAID items must be paid in full in 4 days following the auction. Making Thursday by 5pm the last day to pay. We will not accept payment if the card information does not match the name we have on file Please have ID OR INVOICE # to verify for pickup Please bring help loading your items if needed and any nessacities you might need (tie downs, rope..etc) If you won an item $25 + AND plugs into the wall, you may check it during pickup in our checking area -CONSIGNMENT POLICY-Consignment items are AS IS. NO ANNOUNCEMENTS will be made on any consignment items. Any major damages, blemishes, scuffs, dents will be pictured to the best of our ability. ALL consignment items are recommended to be previewed. Our only preview day is Friday 9am-4pm. This is a visual preview ONLY. No items will be handled, inspected, unwrapped or taken out of original packaging during preview. If you can't make it to our preview then you agree to make your bids accordingly. All sizes are estimated and will be measured to the best of our ability. All types of wood, finished colors, brands and material are estimated and will be assumed to best of our ability. There will NEVER be any refunds or exchanges nor will we allow you to consign a winning consignment item/lot with us. Many consignment items are furniture, large, heavy pieces. We DO NOT LOAD your vehicle. Bring help loading, a large vehicle and tie downs if necessary. PLEASE review your invoice BEFORE leaving the premesis to make sure all your items are correct. If you feel an inspection of an item is necessary you must do so ON SITE. Once you leave our buliding with items in hand, you are ensuring that everything is correct and sale is FINALE. We no longer offer in person/Live Auctions, have moved our sale to Sundays, and will call this sale the Online Only/Silent Auction We will upload our items Every Thursday at 5pm AZ time, and the Auction will begin to close Live Catalogue/ Soft Close Every Sunday at 6pm AZ time. Any holiday closures or hour changes will be in lot #3, registration email and your invoice ONLINE ONLY Silent Auction has a Live catalogue meaning each item closes on its own every 9 seconds. Also has a soft close, meaning if someone bids above you in the last minute the clock will start over again at 1 minute. Giving fair time for all parties involved to place another bid.
