Any bids received on Cabinet sets (lots 1-8) in the last minute will auto extend bidding on all sets to allow bidder to change their mind and bid on another set if the desire.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP SATURDAY April 8th from 12-4PM Live preview of all items at 1207 S. Hoover Rd., Newton Kansas 67114 (sw corner of Hwy 50 and Hoover Rd.) on 3/28/2023 from 4-7pm CST Bidding will begin to close at 7pm CST on 4-5-2023 Bids will be extended every time a new bid is placed within the last 60 seconds of an item closing. If you are the successful Bidder it is your responsibility to arrange pick up. All items must be picked up 4-8-2023 between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm CST. Assistance will be provided for loading pallets on trucks or trailers not to exceed the trailer or vehicles maximum towing or hauling capacity. BRING INVOICE FOR LOAD-OUT Any items not picked up by 4:00pm CST on April 8th will be considered forfeited or may be subject to a storage fee of up to $5 per day per lot item, Assistance will be provided for loading pallets on trucks or trailers not to exceed the trailer or vehicles maximum towing or hauling capacity. Items are being sold as-is where-is in present exsisting condition, no warranties or gaurantees. Buyer is responsible for their inspections prior to bidding. There is a 15% Buyers premium added to all purchased items. Plus applicable sales tax. Upon close of sale all buyers will be invoiced and all credit cards on file at time of registering will be charged for purchases. Convenience fee of 3% for MC/Visa will also be charged.
