You may recieve an email stating "YOU MAY HAVE WON.." This email simply states you are the current high bidder among the Absentee/online bids. We take the Absentee bids to Live Auction and customers in store have their chance to bid over the Absentee/online/ bids placed for those who can not attend the live auction... Please wait to call and see if you have won an item untill after 2pm on Saturday Auction day. We will email you an invoice from Sales@MesaPublicAuction.com detailing your winnings and charge the card on file. Please add that email address to your contact list so you dont have items un-picked up.. PLACE YOUR ABSENTEE BIDS HERE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE LIVE AUCTION... Our Auctioneer will start at the current bid ( not the max bid) and if someone who attends the Live Auction bids over your Max dollar amount placed online/ Absentee, the winning bid will go to them.. ** We will email everyone who has won an item from an Absentee bid Saturday afternoon. You will recieve an email stating that which items you won with an invoice detailing those items. And the card on file will be charged.. PICKUP IS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION OR ON MONDAY FROM 9AM-5PM ONLY.. items not picked up by specified days will either be forfeited along with your payment, or a 25% or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater
