RFB Auctions payment policy and pickup process. 1. Immediately after the closing of each auction we will be batch processing all credit cards on file. IF YOU ARE A CASH BUYER OR YOU WOULD PREFER TO USE A DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE SO WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHARGE YOUR CARD. WHEN REGISTERING FOR EACH AUCTION PLEASE SELECT THE CARD YOU WOULD LIKE CHARGED IN YOUR HIBID REGISTRATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME... For any cards that fail to process or if you are a cash buyer, we will then send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: rrobles3492@hotmail.com 2. Pick up times are as follows: You have 72 hours to pick up your items after auction ends. Hours of operations are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm If you are unable to pick up your items during our regular pick-up hours please contact us at (801) 618-5591 to make arrangements. Due to the number of items in our auctions, it is imperative that we have all of the items picked up so we can make room for more treasures. ***Items that are not picked up within 7 days from the closing of the last auction will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be given.***
