Memphis Police Department Organized Crime Unit Seized Real Estate Online Webcast Auction (2) Parcels of Real Estate, Selling ABSOLUTE! This is a PUBLIC Auction. All bidding is ONLINE ONLY. Online pre-bidding begins Monday, June 21, 2021 at 5:00pm CST. Live Webcast Auction begins with pre-sale announcements at 12:30pm on Wednesday, June 23rd. Please review all auction information BEFORE placing Bids! These two parcels will first be offered individually, for two seperate bids. After potential winning bidders and bid amounts have been established for each parcel individually, all registered bidders will be offered an additional opportunity to purchase BOTH parcels for one single bid amount, which must then exceed the total of the previously established bids combined. If there is no single bid for BOTH parcels exceeding the sum total of the previously established seperate bids, then the previously established winning bids, and the respective bidders, will stand as called. The properties will ultimately be sold by whichever method produces the highest sum total bid amount for both parcels. See Terms of Sale for all details.
