Online bidding opens Thursday, April 15th at 9:15 PM and closes via Live Catalog on Thursday, April 22nd starting at 7:00 PM

Our Online Auctions feature a wide variety of personal property from local estates and liquidators including furniture, antiques, collectibles, tools, household goods, new-in-box items, retail liquidation items, toys, art, jewelry, coins, memorabilia, vintage finds and a bit of the unique and unusual! We're open for auction pick up and preview Fridays 11-5 and Saturdays 11-3 each week. We're excited to see you in person but please follow CDC social distancing guidelines and limit your time in the building. Masks required for entry. Curbside pick up service also available. Capacity will be limited to 10 people (usually not a problem) and curbside option will continue: Call us @ 248-660-0752 when you arrive and we'll bring your items out on a cart for you to load into your vehicle. Your card on file will be charged immediately after the sale ends and pick up can be made Fridays 11-5 or Saturdays 11-3 each week. - Be sure to bring your own boxes and paper if you purchase fragile items. - We'll be open Fridays 11-5 and Saturdays 11-3 ONLY for pick ups and preview each week and we'll be closed to the public Monday-Thursday. - Please make sure to have your items picked up by the 9th day after auction closes. This gives you the first Friday/Saturday and second Friday/Saturday after each auction ends to pick up your items.. We can no longer hold items for more than 9 days. Items not removed after 9 calendar days of the auction's close will be considered abandoned and become property of Michigan Trading Co. LLC. Thanks for your cooperation! Please review the info below and view the Terms & Conditions section for more info before bidding. Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. It is the bidder's responsibility to bid accordingly. Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all in-state invoices unless a valid Resale Tax Exemption form is placed on file with our office before you are invoiced. Lots begin Live Catalog closing at the stated closing time. This is a staggered close, as lots close every 10 seconds. All auctions have a soft close: If a bid is placed during the last two minutes, the time will be extended. SHIPPING INFO: - Shipping is available for an additional charge. If it fits in a box, it ships! - Please reply to your invoice email after the auction and let us know you'll need shipping for that invoice. - Your invoice balance will be charged to your card on file after the auction closes and a second charge for shipping will be charged when we ship out the following week. - After your items ship out you'll receive an emailed receipt with package tracking info. -SHIPPING COSTS: $2 handling fee per lot, $1 mandatory insurance fee (per box) and actual postage cost (we get discounted rates thru USPS). - We will combine items into a single box if possible and use the least expensive shipping method. - Quotes cannot be given as we don't know the cost of your shipment until it's pulled, packed, measured and weighed. - Postage cost is determined by package weight, size and distance from us to you. Please take this into account when bidding. - Larger items may not be eligible for in-house shipping, please ask before bidding. - Buy can arrange their own freight shipping for larger items.
