Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. All equipment listed will be available for public inspection. Buyers are urged to personally inspect items before bidding. Equipment can be inspected one week prior to auction date at Canning Auction Yard 2049 Business Highway 13 Murphysboro IL, 62966 2. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 3% will be charged on all equipment. Payment of ALL equipment is due at the time of pick-up or within 72 hours follwing the close of auction. Canning Auctions accepts cash, good check, and credit card. The hammer price plus 3% total will be emailed to the winning bidder at the close of the online auction. Payment is due no later than 72 hours after the close of auction 3.EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLEY All Auction purchases from Canning Auctions LLC may be subject to sales tax as of 01-01-2021. If you are tax exempt, AND/ OR the purchase is considered farm equipment used in the production of agricultural. IF QUALIFIED you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of sales taxes. 4. You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionalbe, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. You agree that all the information you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate. Canning Auctions LLC reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc... 5.This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 2 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. 6. Bidders understand that this auction is on-line only and bidding relies on devices and programs that may malfunction without warning. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other auction related technologies, Canning Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding.
