Each lot is to be sold "As-is, Where-is" with No Minimums, No Reserves & with a 10% Buyer's Premium. This is a "Soft Close" Auction with bidding for Lot #1 ending first, then each subsequent lot ending approxiametly one minute thereafter (see countdown timer for each lot). **INVOICES ARE TO BE PAID BY WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2ND** **ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ON WEDNESDAY OR ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3RD.** BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK-UP AND/OR PACKING, SHIPPING OR FREIGHT. HELPFUL BIDDING TIP: When placing a bid, you may notice that you can either bid the next suggested increment or you can enter a "new max bid". The new max bid field gives you an opportunity to put in a bid for the most amount you'd be willing to go up to - but it will only bid you up automatically by the specified bid increment above the highest current bid or any competing max bids.
