WHAT ARE THE RULES? Please read the terms and conditions. All bidder must abide by the terms and conditions of the auction to make for a fair and even playing field. All sales in auctions are final. This is not the same as a retail transaction. It is important to ask any questions before you bid, a bid is a legally binding contract. HOW DOES THIS WORK? It's simple. Perry Auctions is a public auction company specializing in governmental surplus equipment, building materials, vehicles and firearms. These items are offered to sale to the public on our website for a fixed period of time with a defined closing date and time. To register you must sign up for an account on our website! Your information is validated and then you may begin placing your bids! HOW DO I REGISTER? Click on the auction you are interested in bidding in. Look for the button that reads "Login/New Bidder" this is located on the top of the hibid page and/or is the second greyed out box in the auction listing. If you are a "New Bidder/Click Here" this is the button on the right hand side and follow the onscreen prompts. You will be emailed a link to validate your email, and then you can finish the registration process. A temporary hold of $1 will be placedon your account to ensure the card card is valid, and that only legitimate bidders are participating. The charge will then fall off your account in 24-48 hours. HOW DOES THE AUCTION WORK? The auction is open for bidding as soon as it goes "LIVE" online. Bidding is super easy, at any time you can begin placing your bids and may enter a maximum bid. EXAMPLE: $5 Minimum bid with no prior bids. You can choose to bid $5 on this lot and you would be the high bidder. If someone bids $6, you would then be outbid. If you had placed a maximuym bid of $10, and the other person had bid $6, you would automatically outbid the new bid, and would be the high bidder at $7.
