Auction pick up is pay is Tuesday October 6th 10am -3pm and Wednesday Oct 7th 4pm - 7pm at the church office 8:30am to 4:00pm. Address: 405 South Henrietta St. Effingham, IL 62401 10% internet buyer fee on all items. Cash or check only at this auction. Checks will be made out to Sacred Heart. Do not make checks to Schmid Auction. 10% internet buyer fee on all items. THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 PM Sunday, October 4th. An item will begin to close at 7:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 30 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
