This auction will feature a large collection of hunting equipment, firearms, ammo, and knives. Live Auction: Saturday, Oct. 19th at 9:00 a.m. at Bontrager's Auction Center, 8975 Wortendyke Rd., Batavia, NY 14020 Online Pre-Bidding from Saturday, Oct. 12th through Friday, Oct. 18th at 4 p.m. All bidding will close at 4 p.m. Successful internet pre-bids will be brought to the live auction on Saturday, Oct. 19th, and treated as absentee bids. Winning an online pre-bids does not guarantee that you have won the bid in the live auction. You will be notified via email or phone call following the live auction if your bid is still successful after the live auction. Live Preview: Friday, Oct. 18th: 4-6 p.m. at Bontrager's Auction Center. Bidders who attend the live auction on Saturday, Oct. 19th, and who bid on firearms, will be required to produce driver's license ID, plus pistol permit (required for handgun purchase) and pass a NICS 4473 background check. Background checks will be completed on the premises during the live auction at no additional cost. Our auction company does background checks for black powder rifles. Successful online bidders will have credit cards billed at the close of the auction. (Pre-bids will be brought to the live auction on Saturday, Oct. 19th, and treated as absentee bids. Winning pre-bids do not guarantee that you have won the bid in the live auction. You will be notified via email or phone call following the live auction if your bid is still successful after the live auction.) Online firearms purchasers must pass a NICS 4473 background check on Monday, October 21st, 5-7 p.m.. All merchandise bought online must be picked up or shipping arrangements made before Monday, October 28th. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE SOME LOTS THAT WE HAVE NOTED THAT WE WILL NOT SHIP. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS. THEY MUST BE PICKED UP. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THOSE LOTS IF YOU WANT THEM SHIPPED.
