We are excited to announce the Schlitterbahn Holdings Equipment and Surplus Auction. Schlitterbahn holdings has sold their warehouse to the City of New Braunfels. They have 1 year to get out and more stuff than I care to talk about. This is the first auction of about 6 that we are going to run for them. The warehouse is 300,000 square feet. They have 2 ranches and a location in Galveston and South Padre that we are going to be selling too. The inventory is amazing. It is super eclectic and contains parts and architectural salvage, pieces off ships, restaurant equipment, heavy equipment, life rafts, furniture and so much more. Its hard to assign a value but I would guess that the value of each auction is in excess of a million dollars. Schlitterbahn Holdings is located off i-35 and Rueckle Road in New Braunfels, TX. The address is 3150 Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Preview and Pick Up is located at Schlitterbahn Holdings facility in New Braunfels. Please bring your own tools and equipment to pick up. No labor will be provided. You must do your own Heavy Lifting. We have a forklift and pallet jacks on a first come first served basis. There are a lot of pallet lots in this auction. We recommend that you bring a box truck to pick up. There is a dock. All lots start at $5 with no reserve! Lots will start to close at 1pm on the 18th and will close at a rate of 3 per minute until all lots are sold. If you are not already on our text list you can join by texting "ATX" to 313131.
