Registration:
At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid.
Payment:
There is no cost to register for an auction. Auctionflex may charge up to $1 to validate your credit card the first time you register. This transaction will automatically reverse. Nothing will be charged to your credit card. If you are the successful bidder, you must attend during your assigned pick-up time. All items must be paid for at or before pick-up. The card used to register is not automatically charged. Payment can be made via e-mail transfer, PayPal or cash
Due to the LARGE AMOUNT OF NON-PAYING BIDDERS, the balance must be paid within one week to avoid reporting to HIBID
Buyer Premium: 15%
“SOFT CLOSE” is a bidding term that allows bidders additional time to submit a bid. If a bidder places a bid with 2 minutes or less left in that item's sale, “SOFT CLOSE” will extend the bidding time an additional 2 minutes for that item only. The time period will continue to be extended as long as there are still bids placed in the last 2 minutes of that item's sale. The time period expires when bidding ends. The goal of a “soft close” is to allow everyone a fair chance to place a bid.
Refund Policy:
All sales are FINAL. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and no returns are accepted. No claims will be allowed regarding purchased products. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults. *While we make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible, descriptions are not guaranteed. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value, or any other determinable factor. The bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders bidding from off-site and not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as they would if they were to examine it in person. By placing a bid, the bidder is indicating that they have examined the item(s) to their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item(s) in person.
Note:
While bidder inspection is normally encouraged, there are currently no in-person viewings due to Covid19 restrictions.
Additions and Deletions:
We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items for sale at any time before or during the auction.
Pickup Times:
Successful bidders will be sent an invoice and We let you know the days for pickup.
Shipping:
Shipping available on the lots listed. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and include actual shipping costs plus a $10.00 handling fee.
Items will be shipped within 5 business days of the auction conclusion. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS CONSIDERED HAZARDOUS BY CANADA POST
Oversized or heavy items are not being shipped at this time.
We reserve the right to decline any bid at our sole discretion.
A 13% HST applies to all items including shipping costs. Due at time of item pickup. If you wish to make an electronic transfer before picking up the item, please contact Collection Memories so that your payment will be posted to your invoice.
