BID on the items that interest you. Please note that all bids are final. You cannot retract a bid.
MAXIMUM BID. We recommend leaving your maximum bid. This is not necessarily the amount you will pay. That means that the software will bid at the set increments for you as other bidders bid against you. If you put a maximum of $50 and another bidder put a maximum of $20, Your bid would become $22. If another bidder bid $55 you would be out bid. If you checked the box when you bid, you will be notified by email at that time and you can place another bid if you wish.
WINNING BIDDERS will be notified the morning after the auction. Your credit card will be charged at that time for the price of the items you have won plus buyer premium, buyer fee and taxes.
PICK UP of items MUST be made within 3 days of the auction. After 3 days items will be considered abandonded and will no longer be available. We do not provide packing materials or tools or boxes. If you have purchased heavy items please bring help with you. Our staff is there to supervise only, not to help lift or load.
SOFT CLOSE. In order to prevent sniping ( people tyring to win the bid by bidding at the last second) we offer a soft close. If there is a bid on an item during the last 3 minutes of bidding, it will force the bidding to remain open on this item for another 2 minutes. This will carry on until all bidding has closed. If you do not understand this soft close please contact us for clarification.
CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD IN OUR ONLINE CATALOGUE. If we notice anything wrong with an item we will post a PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION notice
RETURNS. We offer returns only if we listed something incorrectly,or it is broken We DO NOT take returns on items that have "As Is" or "Used" in the title. NO EXCEPTIONS! You can not return items due to buyers remorse or because something does not fit. Returns are ONLY for 4 business days from date of auction (not from pickup date). Besides the specified declaration we make (if any) for "As Is" or "Used" items, the item(s) have not been fully tested or inspected. Possibly incomplete, damaged, missing items or parts, non-returnable for any reason.
ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS. We reserve the right to remove and/or add items to the sale at any point during the auction.
DISPUTES. In the event that a picture and a description do not match, the description will take precedence.
SUSPENSION/ PERMANENT BAN.. A bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from Site for providing false information when registering. A bidder will be permanently banned from this site for failing to honour an auction bid under the bidder's number.
