TERMS and CONDITIONS 1. After the auction is complete, the credit card you entered to register for this auction will automatically be billed if you win any items. 2. There is a 15% buyers premium plus local sales tax added to all purchases. All internet and absentee winning bids will be charged 15% buyers premium. There is a $4.00 Bid Fee added to all interntet and absentee bid invoices. Sales tax will be charged. Note: Some items may be sold subject to confirmation. 3. Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block OR CATALOG. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Do not bid if you are not sure of what you are bidding on. Once sold it belongs to you. 4. All sales are final. The bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. 5. Not responsible for merchandise left over 3 days.
