General Shipping Policy
All items must be shipped — local pickup is not available. We ship nationwide to the 48 contiguous United States only.
We do not guarantee delivery before Christmas. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept that your items may arrive after Christmas regardless of ship date or carrier performance.
After the auction ends, your shipping cost will be calculated and added to your invoice based on:
Package size
Package weight
Delivery destination
Combined shipping will be applied whenever reasonably possible in order to reduce your overall shipping cost.
Orders are typically packaged within 72 business hours after full payment, including shipping and handling, has been received and processed. Once the delivery service picks up the order, it can take up to 7 business days to be delivered.
Payment & Billing
The card on file will be charged the night of the auction for the hammer price, buyer’s premium, and any items you have won. A second charge will be processed once your shipping cost has been calculated and added to your invoice. These charges will appear as separate transactions on your statement.
Payment for all charges, including shipping and handling, must be received in full before any items are shipped. Payment must be made within 2 business days after the auction closes. If payment is not received, your items may be forfeited and relisted in the next auction. Failure to pay the full balance within 2 business days may also result in forfeiture of your items and any payments already made, at our sole discretion.
If your payment fails, your order will be delayed until your payment information is updated and the remaining balance is paid
Shipping Address Responsibility
Your items will be shipped to the address listed on your account. The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. Any address updates must be reported to the auction within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, lost packages, or additional shipping or reshipment costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by you. If items are shipped to the wrong address due to inaccurate customer information, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve the issue and no refund will be provided.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on actual carrier rates, not a flat fee. Most shipments range approximately from $9.50 to $11.30, but costs may be higher for large, oversized, or heavy orders, or for multi-box shipments.
Shipping charges will be itemized on your invoice and are nonrefundable once the label has been purchased. Failure to pay the shipping fee may result in a delay in your items being shipped or forfeiting the items altogether without a refund.
Handling & Packaging
A handling and packaging fee may be applied to cover materials and labor.
Items are packed using commercial grade materials. Some items may not be shipped in their original boxes. The condition of product packaging is not guaranteed.
RCFA is not responsible for any damage that occurs to a product during transit.
We do not guarantee the condition or appearance of any product packaging, retail box, or outer carton. Our warranty, if any, relates to the item itself, not the packaging.

We ship using the most cost-effective and reliable methods available from:
UPS
FedEx
USPS
The carrier and shipping service are selected at our sole discretion in order to balance cost, speed, and protection of the shipment. Specific carrier or service requests may not be accommodated.
Insurance & Claims (Damaged or Lost Shipments)
All shipments are insured for the full invoice value of the items, excluding shipping, handling, and buyer’s premium where applicable.
If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
You must notify us within 3 business days of the stated delivery date or of discovering the damage.
You must retain all packaging materials and provide any photos, documentation, or cooperation reasonably requested to process an insurance claim.
Upon confirmation of a valid claim and subject to carrier/insurer approval, our sole obligation will be, at our discretion, to:
Refund the purchase price of the affected item(s) or
Provide a replacement item (if available) of similar kind and value.
Shipping & Handling Are Non-Refundable
In all cases, including but not limited to damaged items, lost items, misdelivery, or carrier error, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any refund or credit issued will apply only to the item price (and applicable taxes on that item), not to shipping, handling, or other service fees.
Important Notes
Both the item charge and shipping charge must be paid in full before your items are released.
Failure to pay within 2 days of the auction closing may result in forfeiture of your items.
The sale will close at 7 pm. If a system error occurs, the auction may reopen and reclose at 7 pm.
