Buyers are responsible for tying down cargo. If you plan to break down a pallet, you must handle both breakdown and loading yourself. Our staff cannot assist with loading at this time. Pickup Hours Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM All auction items must be picked up by Sunday at 4:00 PM or they will be forfeited. Please ensure that your HiBid.com account has your preferred and current card information before bidding. Sales Policy All Sales Final – No Refunds. No returns or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS, with no guarantees. You are bidding on untested customer returns. We do not test or open boxes to check contents. We provide clear, accurate descriptions to the best of our ability. Extended Bidding If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction: The closing time will automatically extend by 2 minutes. Each additional bid within that period will extend the auction again by 2 minutes until no further bids are placed. Fees 12% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all sales. 7.75% Sales Tax will be applied to all sales. Total Price = Winning Bid + 12% Buyer’s Premium + 7.75% Sales Tax Pickup Policy Items must be picked up within 5 days of auction end. Items not picked up will be forfeited, relisted, and sold with no refund. Buyers accept full responsibility for timely pickup. A $25 per item, per day fee will apply to late pickups.
