Please keep in mind that we sell new and used items. Integrity Public Auction is not responsible for dents, scratches, blemishes, discoloration, missing parts & accessories for any of the items presented in the auction. Our ONLY guarantee is that items sold for more than $25 and can be plugged in will work. All items under $22.50 are strictly as is. While the items we sell are high quality, some may have wear and tear. All items including toys, remote control items, battery operated items, hobbyist items, play sets, musical instruments, furniture, appliances and etc., ARE AS IS CONDITION. Due to time constraints all furniture items sold still in boxes are not checked and not guaranteed. We do our best to document known or visible issues, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the bidder to use preview days and times prior to the auction/bidding to study the items of interest. We display the retail prices for the items to the best of our ability which is intended to be helpful but, we cannot be held accountable for any errors due to volatile pricing of market trends and price promotions. This auction will close at 7pm Monday PST with the lots closing every 5 seconds thereafter. The items will soft close extending for 1 minute each time there is a bid in the final 10 seconds. Bidding Notice: 16% Buyers Premium & GST Applies to the knockdown price of each lot. Please note collection days for this auction are Thursday 29th October and Friday 30th October from 10am-3pm only. We do not offer any shipping, items are pick up only, all transport is to be arranged by the purchaser. Acceptable methods of payment are direct bank deposit, eftpos or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) all invoices must be paid for prior to arriving to collect your goods. Cash payments on site will not be accepted. All invoices under $5,000 will have payments directly deducted from registered credit card. Invoices over $5,000 will have a deposit deducted. Please make sure your registered credit card has sufficient funds.

If you plan on buy a major piece of equipment and are not already on our mailing list, you may need to supply a letter of credit or bank guarantee - check with our office before heading to the auction.
