It is time for our Spring Online Open Equipment Consignment Auction! We will be selling everything ONLINE ONLY. Please bring us your larger items during the designated check-in days. We will catalog everything and put it online allowing everyone a week to bid. Please keep in mind that we will not be able to take in any small items. Limit what you bring to items such as lawnmowers, garden tillers and larger items. We look forward to selling your tractors, backhoes, dozers, trucks, cars, farm equipment of all kinds, construction tools and equipment, RVs, camping trailers and boats. NO HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. Due to time restraints, please restrict smaller items to those of higher value.

Check-in Times: MONDAY-THURSDAY (March 13-16) from 8 to 5, and FRIDAY (March 17) from 8 to NOON. Absolutely no items consigned after NOON on Friday. Loading tractor will be there for larger items. The auction items will be secured inside the fence at the fairgrounds. Items can be viewed during check-in week and Monday-Thursday (March 20 - March 23) from 8AM-5PM.

Auction Dates: Online bidding will start Saturday evening, March 18 and start closing Thursday, March 23 @ 5PM.

Pickup: Friday, March 24 (8am-5pm) and Saturday, March 25 (8am-12 Noon). All items must be removed on these days.

Selling heavy duty trucks, Harley Davidson motorcycle, and a Ford Model A car. All lots being sold both live and simulcast. All of the tools will be sold live only.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

This online auction closes Sunday 26th March 2023 at 2:00PM.

Successful bidders wishing to personally collect their lot(s) must do so within between 8am and 10am Wednesday 29th March 2023.

Successful bidders wishing to use a carrier, Dial-A-Tow (1300 351 351) is the exclusive carrier for this auction.

Successful bidders wishing to personally collect their lot(s) but are unable to do so within the assigned date and time to the lot, will have to collect their purchase from Dial-A-Tow Campbelltown.

Please note the following fees will be incurred, these fees must be paid to Dial-A-Tow before the vehicle is released for collection:

1. $100 for the transporting the vehicle from auction site to Dial-A-Tow premises
2. $20/day or part thereof storage fee

ALL ASSETS IN THIS AUCTION ARE SOLD 'AS IS'

A Buyers Premium of 10% GST Exclusive applies to all lots purchased in this auction.

To register online for this auction you must verify your account by submitting credit card information. This verification process will place a $1 USD temporary charge on your card. That charge will fall off your statement within 5-7 business days.

We will take a pre-authorisation of $500 on your nominated credit card within the last 72 hours of the auction closing, no money is withdrawn. In the event your nominated credit card cannot be pre-authorised, you may be provided with an option to resolve any error in authorisation. You will be unable to bid at the auction if the error (authorisation) is not resolved.

Invoices must be paid within 48 hours upon completion of the auction.

Payment Methods: Cash, Bank Cheque, EFT and Credit Card (2.5% Fee Applies).
*Please note that we do not accept personal or company cheques.

All outstanding invoices exceeding the 48 hour period will result in the Buyer's credit card being debited. The credit card will be debited up to $500 or the total invoice if less than $500. A 2.5% fee applies to all credit card transactions.

By registering and bidding you have agreed to all the terms and conditions of this User's Agreement. We strongly advise that you read this User's Agreement carefully.

BUYER'S PLEASE NOTE:
- Liquid Asset Management will not be organising transport of goods. Collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser, please consider this prior to bidding.
- Inspection of the assets is highly recommended. Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your inspection and assessment of the goods.
- Descriptions and photographs should be used as a guide only.
- If you are unsure do not bid as no refunds will be given.
- Staff are onsite for security purposes only. Please make sure you have suitable transport and equipment/people to help you load your items.
- Items must be inspected before removal from site as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
- Collections are not allowed outside of the dates/times specified.

The hammer price of all lots is GST INCLUSIVE.

A Buyer's Premium of 10% GST EXCLUSIVE applies to all lots purchased in this auction.

Regardless of whether or not we have advised that the bike is operational no Bikes are to be driven out of the premises (If you are intended to collect your vehicle, it will need to be physically removed from the premises prior to starting the engine or otherwise).
