Online Auction - When bidding begins 4 lots will close each minute. Bidding on any lot will be extended by 2 minutes if a bid is placed on that lot in the final 2 minutes.

15% Buyer's Premium and 2% HiBid Fee on all purchases. 3% credit card fee - notify us by 3 PM on Wednesday April 24, 2024 if you wish to pay your invoice total of $400.00 or more by cash or check at pick up.

This is an internet only auction . All bidding activity will take place online.

We ask that you rely on the photos, description and/or your in-person inspection on Tuesday, April 23rd from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Removal will be on Friday, April 26th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

You must provide your own help to pack, lift and load your items. We will assist only with our forklift. Open House Tues. April 23, 2:00pm-4:00pm Closing Wed. April 24, at 6:00pm (staggered, soft close) Removal Friday April 26, 10:00am-4:00pm
