A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the purchase price. A 3% card convenience fee will be added for those paying with debit/credit card. The Seller nor the Auction Company is responsible in the event of loss of signal or delay of signal by either side.

Payment grace period will be strictly enforced. Any invoices not paid by Wednesday following the auction will be voided and non-paying bidders may be excluded from future bidding at this location. We are implenting new services with our auctions so be sure to ask when you come in and we can get you set up. Plans are to have curbside pickup along with having schedule pick ups. We will be rolling out these features within the next couple of weeks.
