We have been talking with Hibid to resolve this issue and the site and MAP has been working intermittently for the last hour, after four days of it not allowing our customers to discover or register for this sale. The site was not showing correct winning bids and winning bidders. We believe it is in the best interest of our consignors and buyers to delay the sale for a few days and allow the auction to run now that the site is working correctly from all parties ends. Below are the highlights of our Terms and Conditions. Please read the entire Terms and Conditions before bidding. 10% Buyers Premium on all personal property items. There is no Buyers Premium on the shop and acreage. No shipping. Invoices less than $1,000 will automatically be charged to the card on file (4% fee). Invoices over $1,000 can be paid by wire transfer, ACH (electronic check and its free), or in person at our Hydro, Oklahoma office (cash, cashiers check, or personal check) by noon on Friday, April 26th. Invoices not paid by noon on April 26th will automatically be charged to the Buyers card on file (4% fee). There will be a $25.00 fee for each attempt a card is ran and declined. Special Real Estate Terms: Following the sale of the real estate you will be contacted by the company to sign a purchase sale agreement. 10% of the purchase price of the real estate will be deposited in escrow the day of sale with the balance due upon closing. The Seller will have a reasonable period of time to furnish the abstract. The Buyer will have 15 days to examine the abstract and closing will be within 5 days of acceptance of title.
