Please look at all the pictures. Most items are used. If there is damage and I notice it, I will take a picture of it.

I work on all my shipping items the following week of the auction pick up. I start on Tuesday and usually have everything completed and shipped by Friday. If you need shipping please let me know. You may email, text or call to request shipping. If you miss the pickup date and you have not contacted me about picking up in person I will charge your credit card on file with Hibid and ship your items.
I will be able to charge your credit card on file with hibid for all purchases and shipping charges at one time. I do all my own packing and shipping unless you buy more than ten pounds worth of glass items. I can no longer handle the large heavy boxes full of glass. If your glass items need to be shipped, they will be packaged by United Postal Service in Vincennes Indiana who will contact you with a shipping total. If United Postal packages you items, there will be two separate credit card charges. One for the invoice and one for the shipping. I do not know what shipping totals will be for glassware. They are a professional packing service and there will be fees associated with handling your package for glass. You will be responsible to arrange shipping with them once they contact you for your glass items.
If you are not able to make the pickup date but would like to pick up your items in person at a different time, please contact me as soon as possible after the close of the auction. Texting is great but you may call. Contact me with any questions, 812-677-8232

Auctioneer has the right to refuse any bids at an time. You feedback from other auction houses will be used to determine if you are allowed to bid. If you have any negative feedback, you may be refused the option to bid. If you are the high bidder and it is discovered that you have a non paying history or is deemed an unsafe buyer, your bid will be canceled and you will be blocked from bidding again. High dollar items will not be shipped until payment has cleared the auction house account. If I try to contact you about feedback from other auction houses and you do not return my correspondence within 24 hours or within 1 hour from the close of the first lot, your bid will be deleted and you will be banned from bidding again.

If your credit card is denied and I have to contact you for payment, I will charge an additional $5 to your card for the hassle. I do not charge a handling fee for shipping, what it costs me is what it will cost the buyer.

Checkout and pickup will be on April 2 12-4 CST You may pay cash or check at time of pickup, Credit Card also Accepted. A 14.5% buyers premium will be charged with a 3.5% discount for paying with cash or check.

Just a heads up, the auction will close on Friday, March 31st at 6:30 pm CST. If you're the winning bidder, you'll receive a text message to schedule a pick up time or request shipping. Please make sure your mobile number is updated with Hibid and check your spam folder so you don't miss any important updates.

Pick up will be on Sunday, April 2nd between 10am and 1pm in Grand Prairie, Texas (zip code 75054). The actual address will be provided to winning bidders. If you can't make it during the pick up time, please only bid on items that are eligible for shipping. Shipping is 6.00 per lot plus the cost of shipping.

Keep in mind, this is a clean out auction and there will be a $25 abandonment fee for any abandoned lots. And, not all lots are eligible for shipping, so make sure to read the description carefully.

Your credit card will be charged immediately following the auction, so please make sure it's updated with Hibid. If there are insufficient funds or a decline a $5.00 service fee will be added and we will send you an invoice to pay on-line.

You'll need to provide all the manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove your lot by 1:00 pm. We do not have access to the lots outside of the pick up time.
