Ben Ladage Auctions is honored to host the Toy Tractor auction of Cletus "Doc" Hill Estate from Auburn IL. This is the 1st of several toy auctions for Mr. Hills Estate. We have also included several tractors from David Skinner collection as well.

Items not picked up are forfeited and become property of Ben Ladage Auctions. We are not trying to be difficult or mean with this. We will try to work with you if you contact us. Thank you! **If we have to pick up on your behalf, there is a minimum fee of at least $20 PER ITEM to remove the item from the home and bring to our facility in Auburn. ** This is not to be mean, rude, or crude. It helps us keep track of items.
Shipping: Yes, we are happy to work with our bidders on shipping. We absolutely try and keep all shipping prices as low as possible. In some cases, items that are fragile or too big for our shipper to handle, we work the Box & Go in Springfield to package and ship items. There may be a $5, $10 or $15 handling fee per item depending on the size of your package and supplies require to pack your items for safe shipping. We do our best to keep rates low. Please allow an estimated 5-10 business days after the PICKUP date for shipping. We do not provide shipping estimates.

Payment: Credit cards will be billed at conclusion of the auction and a paid invoice will be emailed to you. If shipping, we will send a separate invoice via email with your tracking number and shipping cost. You can pay by check or cash if you let us know prior to billing Credit Card.

The auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 7:00 p.m. the first lot will not close if someone has placed a bid in the last 3 minutes, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes. This will continue until time is out. All lots will continue this way pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction.

Join us for 6 days of auction action as we drop the all the new stock on the Monday with new inspection times within the week of auction being open Monday, CLOSED Tuesday due to Anzac Day Public Holiday, open Wednesday 9am - 4pm and Friday 9am to 4pm and two public open days being THURSDAY NIGHT LATE NIGHT SHOPPING on Thursday the 27th, 4-8pm and SATURDAY SHOW DAY on Saturday the 29th of April from 8am to 2pm with the auction lots closing from 3pm on the same Saturday… and then, our winning bidders will be taking home their new prized possessions!
