All items must be settled for before being removed from the auction. Payment for onsite bidders include cash, check or credit card. All credit card purchases will incurr an additional 3.5% processing fee. All buyers will be responsible for moving their purchases from the auction location. To bid online you will be required to settle for puchases using check by phone the same day as the auction. No other payment methods are acceptable. If you bid online and then attend the auction your online bids will take precedence over your live bids. Online bidders will be charged a 5% buyers premium that is added to the final bid of each lot they are the successful bidder on. Onsite bidders will not pay any buyers premium. All items are sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" with no refunds for any reason. All sales are absolutely final. All equipment will be described to the best of our ability prior to the auction in all advertising. We at times rely on information from other person which may or may not be accurate. It is your duty as a buyer to ensure all statements are accurate and we encourage your to investigate each piece of equipment you intend to bid on. Any announcements made the day of sale will take precedence over all previous sales material. The auctioneer and seller are not responsible for accidents. You are warned to use caution around all farm machinery while on the sale site. Large and heavy equipment will be moving around and you are advised to use great care while onsite. Additionally the auction site may be muddy, slippery and the ground may not be even and footing can be unsure.
