Consignment Farm and Industrial Equipment Auction. Consignments accepted until noon Friday April 7th. Large and small equipment accepeted
All itmes sold "As is where is" no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Cash, Credit/debit cards, Wire transfers, Personal or business checks accepted with proper ID. All items must be removed from location within 10 days of the sale. Items not removed will be subject to storage or disposal fees. Sales tax will be collected on each item in this sale unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented upon buyer check-in. A 5% buyers premium will be charged for all payment types, 0% for cash or check payments. All sales are final, no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Buyers are encourged to inspect each item before bidding on that item. All anouncements made day of sale supsede all other anouncements.
