1. Auctioneer is not responsible for any accidents, loss or injuries on property day of auction. 2. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. 3. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. 4. Bidder inspection is encouraged. 5. All merchandise shall be paid by cash, approved cheque or if available by VISA or MasterCard. 6. All merchandise is subject to the retail sales & other applicable taxes unless exempt under the retail sales tax act. No HST for Registered Charity Auctions unless special circumstances dictate such as the sale of a motor vehicle. 6. All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the sale. 7. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. 8. All merchandise is sold in an "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition without recourse to the vendor. 9. All merchandise must be removed on the sale date or otherwise by special arrangements with the management. 10. All merchandise may be inspected one hour before the commencement of the sale. 11. All merchandise left on the premises after being purchased is left at the purchaser's risk and the movement of any merchandise is at the purchaser's risk. 12. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to the sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. 13. The auctioneers may reject a bid at their discretion without reason or explanation. 14. Verbal Announcements on the day of the sale take precedence over written advertisements. 15. Advance/Absentee Bids placed either through the internet or in person will be executed on sale day by the auctioneer or his agent. In the case of more than one Advance/Absentee Bid on the same Lot the highest amount will be utilized as the opening Bid. 16. Buyers Premium in effect is 10% unless posted otherwise. No Buyers Premium for Registered Charity Auctions.
