There is no charge for registration and it is better to have a number and not use it that to not have one if you need it. Do not allow anyone to use you bidder number unless you are prepared to pay for the purchase. All documents will be completed in the bidder’s name only. If you leave the auction early, please turn in your number at the office or take it with you. You are responsible for any purchases made with that number. Preview: It is the buyer’s responsibility to preview and inspect the items prior to bidding. Hold Harmless: Every person at the auction site before, during and after the auction acknowledges that he/she is there at his/her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises. No person shall have any claim against the Auctioneers, their agents, employees, sellers, owners or principals for any injuries sustained or fro any damages to or loss of property which may occur from any causes whatsoever. Bid Rigging: Bid rigging is a felony. If any person asks you not to bid against them or if you witness any tampering or vandalism, report all such actions to the auction staff immediately. It is a crime and it will be prosecuted.
