Description	This will be a "LIVE" Antique & Collectible Auction starting at 6:00PM at the Auction House. Please be sure to visit our main website to view the "auction preview" page for additional items and view multiple pictures of each item. Internet absentee bidding is available for pre-bidding prior to the live auction and will end at 12:00 PM Noon EST on Friday. If you are not able to use internet bidding, our staff can assist you. Purchase price payable will be the final bid price plus buyer's premium and sales tax. All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or returns. Please note our Buyer's Premium has changed. All forms of payment will be at 13%. If you pay with cash, check, or credit card, the rate will be the same---13%.

Terms and Conditions of Sale: BY SUBMITTING ANY BIDYOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House. 1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card. 2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final…. NO EXCEPTIONS! 3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, or Discover Card. 4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises. 5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not…. NO EXCEPTIONS! 6. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction. Maryland requires purchases of $200 before an tax can be exempt. 7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid. Inspection days are Wednesday- Saturday, 10 AM-5 PM at 5015 St. Leonard Road , St. Leonard, MD 20685. 8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots. 9. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. Furthermore the Buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchase. 10.
