(D) If any disputes arise between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same, or may immediately put the item up for sale, and sell to the highest bidder. Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Re: Internet Tie Bids; An ONLINE Bid that ties with other ONLINE Internet bidders the software will then automatically award the tie to the earliest bidder. With a Webcast auction it is different. If a LIVE FLOOR bid comes in and ties a non accepted ONLINE bid then the floor wins. eg: Online bidder has a MAX Bid set to $200 and the bidding was started at $100 online and the floor jumps to $200.
